"I have had personal trainers before so I do know the difference between good and bad and Sarah is GOOD! She puts a lot of effort into preparation of sessions and motivates you to complete the session. They are always just a little bit tougher than you think you can do so you feel great when you get through. Sarah knows her stuff and really gets to know her clients! She’s flexible too. I had a session booked but hurt my knee- she adapted my session to incorporate the injury! My sessions have changed how I see myself, I’m now somebody who is doing something about my weight and level of fitness, my bone density , my flabby belly!
