Whatever your fitness goals, circuit training can help. It's a high impact, fast paced class that builds endurance, physical strength, conditions your body and gives you a fantastic cardio workout. Helps women to achieve their goals and maintain them for longer. For core, lower body, upper body and a total body workout. ALL FAB-FIT CLASSES ARE SUITABLE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS AS WE PROVIDE LOW IMPACT ALTERNATIVES, MAKING THEM INCLUSIVE FOR ALL.

Cancellation Policy
You can book fitness classes online via our website or App. We advise that you download our app for class bookings. Personal training appointments will be arranged directly with Sarah via phone or email. We understand that things pop up in everyday life that can suddenly change your plans and this is why you can cancel your class or personal training session free of charge up to 24 hours before your class starts/appointment time and you can rearrange to an alternative date. Any classes cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded or rescheduled for free. Cancelled personal training sessions with less than 24 hour notice will incur a £10 fee. All online bookings must be cancelled online as we don’t accept cancellations over the phone or email as these may not be picked up in time. If you have limited experience using online booking systems I am happy to personally show you how to do this. If you have purchased a personal training discounted offer or class block booking we require full payment upfront and they are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to continue with the classes/programme you have up to 6 months to return at a more convenient time.
